My friend has one that he raves about, especially in the cold MN winters. He’s had it now 4 years without any issues and the quality is unlike any other infrared sauna on the market, and I’ve been in several at local spots – those are junk comparative and they say those are “commercial”. I don’t know what they did to make this sauna get so hot using infrared but that with the construction of the wood is unbeatable. Glad I dove in and bought one.

I often am not impressed with any product I purchase but this sauna. WOW! See i owned a different brand of sauna for years. That sauna heats to 145 and it takes over 1 and half hours, that’s inside. As soon as we moved it to the garage, forget about it. Took over 2 hours. Anyways we had to wait a little for this one but it was well worth it. Have it in the garage and it heats up super fast, about an hour because of the cold starting temp. Everyday I get home from work and pull into the garage I just love seeing such a beautiful sauna. Very impressed and very happy I purchased it.

I’m giving 4 stars because no product, company, or experience is perfect. My sauna’s shipping date moved to the 20 week-mark from when I placed the order…was not happy about that. Our sauna did not arrive as shown in the palletized photos. My husband and I are reasonable people, and we remembered the nice warranty with the sauna. So we accepted the delivery and called the Influence/Finnmark support team. We were treated respectfully and were reassured of our warranty terms which was comforting. They asked us to assemble and run the sauna to get a full assessment, and everything worked just fine. Our support rep was very thorough and gave us his direct contact info in case anything comes up in the future. The overall experience has been great, and I trust we are in good hands.

We have had our Influence Sauna for almost 2 years now. My wife had done extensive research and had been trying to convince me for over a year that this sauna would be a good purchase for our health. I had heard this ‘sales pitch’ from her on other exercise and health related contraptions which become useful only for drying laundry, so I was a bit of a skeptic! But I agreed and we bought the sauna. It is one of the best purchases that we have ever made! I am addicted to having a sauna session every night.
The sauna is well built, easy to assemble, is virtually portable if you decide you want it in a different location, plugs into a normal wall outlet, heats up to the advertised 170 degrees in a reasonable amount of time and looks very nice in the room. I almost never go online to review but I felt with the price of this sauna it deserves one from me. The sauna came right around when they said it would. It was late but the company informed me several times which is unheard of now days. i didn’t mind, everything is delayed now. The sauna is very well built. My buddy has one that’s a different brand maybe $1500 less and that sauna is total junk compared to this. The cedar is amazing and this thing heats up quick. That’s not some marketing bs from the company, it truly heats up super fast. There’s a lot of competition out there but if you want a sauna that heats up to 170 and you don’t want to wait 2 hours and you want to sweat like cats and dogs this is the sauna for you.

No disappointments. The sauna is well built and looks lovely in my workout room. Takes about an hour to get to 170 but I usually get in around 150. I do a 30 minute light cardio and weight workout and then get into the sauna. I used to feel sore and pain after 30 minutes of cardio, now with the sauna use after I feel 100% no pain. Wish I would have purchased this sooner.
if you want better health and a sauna that should cost more than what it’s being sold for buy this one. I’ve had 3 saunas over the last couple decades and this one by far is superior in every way. I paid 1k more for my last one 5 years ago and this one puts it to shame. Don’t know how you do it but keep it up!

Ive been shopping for an infrared sauna for the last 4 months. I liked everything about the Influence sauna so I pulled the trigger. My neighbor has a different brand that was cheaper but boy you can tell. His wood is cracking and when I stand on the floor of his sauna I can feel it flex. He’s selling his now that he’s seen my Influence. I love the lack of glass and how hot the heaters get. These saunas out there with all this glass just doesn’t make sense. When you release your red light therapy let me know, I’ll purchase that in a heart beat.
Love this purchase and sauna. Was skeptical about how fast this sauna could heat up but it’s very true. 170 degrees in less than an hour. Boy do you sweat in this sauna. I don’t think there’s one like it anywhere unless you purchase a traditional.

I gave 4 start because we had slight damage from the delivery company. However, Daniel in customer service helped us through everything. I realize it’s not their fault for the trucking company. I cant tell you how relived we are to have this sauna from Influence. Our older sauna failed multiple times and even started to smoke from the power center. I’m an engineer by trade and can tell you that this sauna is built with many safety features. I spoke with the engineer at Influence and he was very smart and very versed in safety and making the best sauna for the money. This was the best buy we have had in 2021.

Bought the Influence Sauna because of the high temps and because I have heavy metal poisoning from fillings. My Doctor recommended this sauna and I can tell why. Just received mine and put it together. Very easy to assemble and use. Just a tip for everyone, the buttons are touch sensitive so you have to hold the power button down a few seconds to start it. Might save you a call. Customer service was top notch. Answered quickly and knew their product. Sauna overall is above my expectations. Construction is solid and it gets dang hot people. If you are on the fence with other brands like I was stop, get your credit card out and order this one. It will save you a lot of frustration and time. I actually called one company and they called my like a bill collector, sometimes 4-5 times a day. Your salespeople were upfront and didn’t pester me, gave me the facts and let me decide. What drew me to the influence sauna was the high heat and the time it took to get to those high heats. I’ve tried other brands and was never impressed but I can tell you this sauna is impressive. I’ve never sweat like I have in my new sauna from you guys and gals. I’m not often impressed but on this purchase I am defiantly impressed. I received my sauna this week and I’m extremely satisfied. Easy to assemble, looks amazing and best of all I sweat like crazy. My husband is an electrical engineer and while he thinks this EMF craze is as he would say ridiculous he brought his testing device home and tested the sauna. Not only is this sauna low but I had no idea how high all the other devices in our home were. Just sitting on our couch we measured over 40 milligauss. The sauna was less than 5. Truly thankful for everything.

Hello! When I saw in my emails that it was that time for the group sauna buy, I knew I had to get the review out that I’ve been meaning to do for a long time! I’m doing this hoping to save someone the countless hours, over months, I spent researching infrared saunas. I read everything I could find on EMF levels, heaters, construction etc. You would be amazed how much is out there! It’s enough to make your head spin, no doubt. I first considered Robyn’s sauna two years ago during a group buy. I wanted to do my research, so I ended up waiting until the next year doing A LOT of reading. Big mistake, I wish I would have just gone with my gut and bought it a year earlier. When I first saw Robyn in a video eating her face cream on toast, I knew she was a straight shooter lol.
She definitely would not sell, or recommend, anything she doesn’t believe in! My sauna is amazing!! I’m not new to saunas, I’ve been using them for 15 years, and I have NEVER got the fabulous detox sweat I get now! I would sit in my old sauna for 40 minutes and not really even break a good sweat. I was debating this sauna last year as well. I researched and researched and just got too confused by everyone’s pitch. I just received my Influence sauna and completed my first session. This sauna gets hot and it gets hot fast. I was sweating in less than 10 minutes. My best friend’s sunlighten barley gets to 140 and it takes over an hour, oh and I don’t sweat in it. My advise is simple, get this sauna from Influence you won’t be disappointed. I’m not only extremely happy but this is my new retreat and I wouldn’t trade it for anything.

There’s so many slimy sauna sales people and companies out there. I started following this guy on youtube name matt justice and found out really quick how slimy he is. He reviews saunas but then when you engage with him he pitches you one company and one that pays him a commission. I asked him several times if he’s making a commission and he just changes the subject. Such a slimy fraud. I’m glad Robyn had her own sauna made. I’m very happy with my Influence Sauna and all the benefits I get out of it. I work construction and use this every night. My back pain is less and I sleep so much better. Best purchase I’ve made in years. Keep up the good work.
I have been researching for the last 6 months and it came down to the high heat. I don’t want a sauna that only gets to 150 and I have to wait over an hour to get there. I’m a building engineer so I know good construction. This sauna is constructed better than any sauna I’ve seen. Including my neighbors Sunlighten that is constantly broken. I have a Gigahertz Solutions EMF meter and I tested the sauna personally. Like they claim, the sauna is very low EMF. Interesting enough I just read EMF is being studied to cure type 2 diabetes. Google it, very interesting. Maybe we were looking at EMF the wrong way. I’m more than satisfied with this sauna. It’s well built and makes me sweat faster than any sauna I’ve tried. Well worth the investment.

The delivery company had a hard time delivering to my home, which took a bunch of my time but it was worth it. The cedar is amazing and it takes no time to heat up. Since the gyms are closed I decided to splurge on myself and my health…Very glad I did.

I love that it gets up to 170 degrees and allows me to sweat profusely, and I love the smell of the cedar wood, and that it will never mold. I really look forward to my daily time in the sauna. About 1/2 of the time I sit in by myself and read, which I love this quality time alone. The other 1/2 of the time, my husband joins me and it gives us time to connect.

It looks nice , smells good, was easy put together (took less than an hour). We’ve been using it for 4 months. My son has noticed that his hair isn’t falling out as much since using it. I notice better sleep. I chose the smaller sauna so I wouldn’t have to make an electrical adjustment, but I wish I had purchased a larger, so I could lay down (I’m tall). We spent a long time comparing before we made our decision and we’re happy with this purchase.

max temperature Maybe can add an alarm inside if possible as we cannot take cellphones. this would be useful since we cannot take cellphones inside and wish to sit inside few minutes after sauna is off, then we can put an alarm, rest and then leave.

It works well If there are questions, additional concerns or a customer wants to order other items, make the website more user friendly. This was an expensive purchase and clients should be treated well. Referrals are important; especially, when there are so many sauna vendors
I like the idea of the temperature quickly reaching 170, saunas I have used just reached 140 and it took forever for me to sweat. I think I like my sauna, but thinking I paid more than I needed to pay for the product, because I see sauna everywhere for half the price. I wish I knew how much the aroma cup was and more info so I could decide what coupon I would like. So I’ll just chose the Amazon card, but would like info about the sauna cup.
It’s pretty. The lights and the speaker’s are fun. It’s small. Fit’s perfect down in my basement where I will be putting my exercise equipment also, then I can exercise while waiting for it to get hot. Two birds! It’s special (not many have one). It warms me up in the winter too. Stays clean. Smells good. Fix the bottom ledge at the door opening and it gets a 5 star. It’s nice 🙂

I love it! I live in a second floor condo and was able to actually get it up here in the pieces it came in and it went together quite easily. It smells and looks good! I love how fast it heats up and the comfortable surroundings while in the sauna. I like the cedar wood and the blue tooth is so convenient. It is well made and easy to operate. The sauna is comfortable and feels clean each time we use it. I am pleased to be able to have the health benefits of attaining a higher temperature (160-170 degrees) in a home unit. I especially like the blue tooth feature which I utilize to catch up on podcasts; it makes the time go by faster.
That it gets to over 160 degrees. It’s nice looking. I like that I can plug it in to a regular socket. I don’t like how you have to press the start button for a few seconds to turn on. I don’t like how it beeps at 5 minutes left and that’s it, you don’t even know it has turned off! I don’t like how the glass door just falls against the front of the sauna–nothing soft to protect it from doing damage to the door or the wood.
That it has a high max temperature, it looks and smells great, the sauna experience feels amazing

I LOVE the quality and craftsmanship. It was super easy to put together. The size is compact yet NOT too small for a single person. It smells AMAZING due to the all cedar construction. It is my quiet sanctuary several times per week. The purchase, shipment and delivery went VERY smoothly. We were pleasantly surprised to receive the Sauna in the midst of the coronavirus pandemic. It did NOT delay our shipment or delivery in any way. There was excellent communication throughout the process. We are extremely happy with our investment and the product is top of the line. The heat levels, lighting options, and the use cedar The product so far has been great. I use multiple times a week from 30-45 minutes depending on my schedule. Ordering was the difficult part of process. Having someone call as scheduled per online link.
Easy to assemble. The door hinges have sagged a bit, making it hard to open and shut the door. The sauna also struggles to reach full temperature, even after an hour.
I love the high temperature that this sauna gets up to. It also gets up to temp very quickly so you don’t have wait around for that long. I find myself starting to sweat at 140-150 degrees so I am happy to know that I can increase up to the max 170 in case I need to go any hotter in the future. The cedar cabinet is great and my electricity bill hasn’t seemed to increase that much with regular use.

Easy to use and build It took along time to get the products that I needed to finish building my unit. Needed longer screws for my door handle and cover for the inside didn’t have magnets to stay in place so new ones had to be sent as well as never getting an aroma cup for my sauna.
High quality, no chemicals used to finish or glues with VOCs. I was hoping the little outlet for add-ons could be an outlet for a red light therapy unit.
I’m able to use it in my own home. Again I can’t think of 1 thing I don’t like.
I was happy to find a sauna that did not emit toxins from the wood AND the EMF was low. Delivery was the only hassle. Many times a delivery date was promised and not kept.

I like to be able to go and start the sauna within 20 to 30 minutes every other day. It’s very relaxing with the Bluetooth music and comfortable. The fact that you’re able to get a high heat value out of this is a plus for me.

Listened to podcast at spur of the moment notice and all questions & concerns were satisfied. Low EMFs, Canadian cedar wood and even though 163 degrees is optimal temperature, the fact it can achieve 170 degrees is even better. Well packaged and easy directions to assemble. The embedded magnets in corners holding covers to hide wire connections is up to date. Still haven’t received wire harness for middle light overhead. When assembled too quickly or not fixtured properly, plug’n male light into female socket can bend terminals and light doesn’t make a good or permanent contact. Movement inside or door opening or closing, vibration, causes the light to fluctuate on / off.
How great I feel after I’ve been in it. I wish we had gotten the biggest one.

I love so many things about my sauna! I really appreciate that it is built with natural cedar and non-toxic materials. After learning more about the scientific research, I really liked that it can achieve 170-degrees. I also love that it has all three infrared spectra. Finally, it is such a huge convenience that it is designed to plug it into a normal outlet. It would be lovely if there was an option to create custom settings on the sauna control panel that you could select when you first turn it on. Since it nearly always takes 40-50 minutes to warm up the sauna, maybe there could be an automatic warm up phase setting, where you could pre-set the temp and duration so you don’t have to keep pushing the time button up to 60 to get it warmed up and then reset the time to your session duration once you get in. It would just be a little extra luxury 🙂

The sauna is beautiful & it works well. It heats up really quickly & so is easy to use on a whim. It is a lovely experience being in it, the glass door and beautiful wood, warm cedar smell & nice lighting really creates a lovely & relaxing experience. I love that it has full spectrum even though it has less panels than my previous Clearlight sauna. This sauna was a better price than comparable saunas & I got more for my money. I am happy. The sauna is easy to use & a pleasure to use. 2 adults fit quite comfortably. I love it & it is a beautiful piece & a wonderful & positive addition to our lives. I would like more information on what the different panels do (type of infra red) & how they benefit health. Affordable, Small size that fits in my bedroom and plugs in 110 plug. The heater that goes up to 170 degrees. The wood is beautiful and its fairly easy to set up with two people, all the screw holes lined up correctly! I would like the back heaters to be a little wider to cover more body area. Please include two back rests, just charge a little bit more.

I had a health mate sauna for several years, but I realized the studies on the health benefits were based on a higher temperature than I was getting. When I watched the promotional material for influence, which reached 170 degrees (f), I was on it. That was the magic number in the studies. My new sauna heats up to 170 in the same time it took my old sauna to reach 145-150. I use it regularly as part of my health/virus protection regimen.
It is gorgeous! It doesn’t look gaudy in my space and feels like a retreat. I love the cedarwood and comfort of the bench. And the Bluetooth is fabulous!

It’s very well made, compact and safe. I wanted Far Infrared that would help my immune system without the worry of high EMFs. Not having to have any ‘electrical ‘ work done in whatever area I might want to place my sauna in. I believe some consumers might hesitate to purchase because of fear of maintenance should something go wrong. But you all showed a great technical support when I had a problem.

Low emf waves. Temp gets hot. Makes me feel incredible after. I really don’t understand why everyone doesn’t have an influence sauna in their home. Life changer.
When they say seat fast they are telling the truth. Was questioning this but the proof is sitting in my guest room. I can’t do without it now.

It’s so cool to listen to sauna podcasts in my sauna. Speakers are better than expected and I get so sweaty after the first 5 minutes. Very pleased.

My Sauna was delivered Monday. I purchased the Hybrid because I didn’t want to install a new plug. I was beginning to be concerned about how long it was taking. I had even written reviews about my concern. I’d remove them if I knew how because the quality was worth the wait. It looks nice, smells wonderful (if you like cedar) and works great (after reading instructions). My son put it together for me after work. It was surprisingly easy to put together. He commented on how well the screw holes lined up, how nicely it fit together and how sturdy it felt. I love how it looks, just like the picture. I’m so glad I ordered it!

The hybrid is the perfect sauna if you’re wanting to have some alone time or quality time with a friend or significant other. It’s the perfect size and not too big. It actually fits in my office which is nice!

Got the sauna today. Easy assembly and plugged straight into the wall. The front heater wasn’t working at first but customer service helped with securing the connections.

Husband and I love our hybrid. We are thinking of purchasing the 2-3 now though so we can have ore room in the sauna. What I do love about this hybrid besides the easy assembly and plug in is that you can listen to music or podcasts using via Bluetooth !
They Hybrid sauna has the best performance compared to any other infrared sauna. I have tried a lot of them and this tops them all. Great Product.
My family and I take turns using the hybrid since it is a 1-2 person sauna, but we all love it in the near future, we will end up purchasing the 3-4 persons one!!
